Clock - Postale Rooster

A lot of people seem to enjoy decorating their homes and especially kitchens with pictures of chickens as well as their male counterparts. Perhaps it is because this reminds them of a simpler way of life in the countryside. The rooster postale clock would be perfect for one of those people. This cocky fellow looks like he was originally meant to be an illustration on a postcard. This included a replica of the original postage stamped in the middle of twelve numbers. The letters on the postcard are handwritten in calligraphy in the French language. As is the classic design for most clock faces, two hands draw around the center point. Another interesting factor is that there is no glass case over this clock. You can touch the front as though it were not ticking.
