Apart from this health benefit, it saves cleaning and washing time. Even when used for greasy/oily meals all it takes to clean it up is simply to swab it with a soapy sponge and rinse it off. There is no need for the strenuous scrubbing and scraping that accompanies some other dish wares. For aesthetics, the interior is shiny chocolate colour while the exterior is painted in a bright blue.
