D‰cor Bird - 2 Cream

Tiny little bird figurines are quite common nowadays but there is nothing as simple or as unsophisticatedly beautiful as the Décor Bird - 2 Cream. The bird looks as if sculpted from stone. Despite its coarse-looking exterior, it gives a feeling that it was lovingly made by hand. The whole piece is painted a very creamy white. Dabs of light orange-y brown are smeared on certain parts like in the brows, the beaks, to give the feather detailing on the wings, tail feathers and even the webbed feet. The bird's head is turned sideways and tilted down, as if perusing something. With its size, these miniature pieces would look ever so delightful in a group positioned by a stone fountain or even perched on top of large branches in the backyard.
