LaVida captures the look of a old frame and reclaims it for new use in its Frame Ali Whitewash. The traditional carvings of a wooden picture frame are revived and highlighted with a generous whitewash finish. Heavy distressing emphasizes detail and infuses the wood frame with timeworn appeal.
Black and white photography, which is more popular than ever, is imparted with additional vintage style with the Frame Ali Whitewash from LaVida. This wooden frame takes the carvings found in Old World European architecture, such as shells, beading and acanthus leaves, and pairs them with a heavily distressed whitewash finish. Areas of the frame feature generous amounts of wear and rub through to highlight the details in the carvings and add a timeworn appearance. This frame is one of several similarly styled frames from LaVida and can be used alone or in groups for a vintage vignette.
