The metal planters look vintage with their rusting and peeling paint effect. The rivets and the handles show the kind of vintage look all the more clearly. The handles on the planters make it rather convenient to shift them around and place them as and where one pleases. The mouths of the planters are wide - about 45 cm in the largest allowing one to place a couple of plants in a combination if one wants. Thus it would in fact be possible to combine two or three types of ferns or flowering plants with some fern. The three varied sizes allow one to store the planters one inside the other with ease and thus save on space. The metal body is sturdy and yet not too heavy .The blue, white and the natural metal colour of the tubs is truly charming and a period look emerges with its rust marks and the chipped paint.
