The stand is about 79 cm tall and has this hooked handle so typical of fit-in-the crook kind of umbrella. The metal prongs are also the same as any umbrella and that is what creates the frame of the stand. The base is round and the stand gets its stability from this. The tapering shape of the stand makes it look o unique and it also creates juts the right amount of space for at least four umbrellas that may be hung from the top of the divider that is there to create four distinct compartments. A great way to bring in shabby chic and yet get the best possible utility as well.
